1. Services Provided

MoveMyRide provides transportation services via professional drivers in France. By booking a ride, you enter into a service agreement for transport from a specified pickup point to a destination.

2. User Obligations

• Accuracy: You must provide accurate pickup locations, times, and contact details.
• Conduct: Passengers are expected to treat drivers and vehicles with respect. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying abusive behavior or intoxication that threatens safety.
• Damage: Any physical damage caused to the vehicle by a passenger will be charged to the person who made the booking.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Estimates: Fares provided at the time of booking are based on the information provided. Significant changes to the route may result in a fare adjustment.
• Payment: Payments are due at the time of booking or upon completion of the journey, depending on the chosen service. All prices are inclusive of VAT (TVA) at the applicable French rate.

4. Cancellations & Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with French Law (Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to passenger transport services provided on a specific date or period. Cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

• MoveMyRide is not liable for indirect losses, such as missed flights or appointments, unless the delay was caused by our gross negligence.
• We are not responsible for items left behind in the vehicle. Please check your belongings before exiting.

6. Privacy & Data

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process data in compliance with the GDPR and French data protection laws.

7. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the website or service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
